完善的科研創(chuàng)新平臺：“一院一園二室三站”

一院：山東省臨床醫(yī)學(xué)研究院。涵蓋 13 個專業(yè)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)研究所和 1 個基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所，是省內(nèi)技術(shù)力量和科研 支撐能力最強(qiáng)的臨床研究院。

一園：山東省立醫(yī)院科教園區(qū)。投入 6000 多萬元建設(shè)面積 17000 余平方米的科教園區(qū)，涵蓋了臨床技能培訓(xùn)中 心、組織樣本庫及住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)基地等。打造成了基礎(chǔ)研究與臨床醫(yī)學(xué)緊密結(jié)合的高層次科研平臺。

二室：中心實驗室和動物實驗室。醫(yī)院擁有山東省最好、科研支撐能力國內(nèi)先進(jìn)的中心實驗室，建有全省規(guī)模最大、 條件最好的 SPF 級動物實驗室。

三站：院士工作站、博士后科研流動站、博士后科研工作站。在高層人才培養(yǎng)和引進(jìn)方面發(fā)揮了引領(lǐng)作用和“傳幫帶” 效應(yīng)，形成了培養(yǎng)高層次后備人才的良性機(jī)制。

One Hospital: Shandong Clinical Medicine Research Institute. covering 13 professional clinical medicine institutes and 1 basic medical research institute, is the clinical research institute with most powerful technical force and scientific research supporting capability in the province. 

One Park: Science and Education Park of Shandong Provincial Hospital. More than 60 million yuan is invested to construct a science and education park with an area of over 17,000 square meters, involving the clinical skill training center, organiation sample database and standardized training base of resident doctor. It has created the high-level scientific research platform integrated with basic research and clinical medicine. 

Two Research Labs: Central Laboratory and Animal Laboratory. The hospital has the best central laboratory in Shandong province with the national advanced scientific research supporting capability, with the largest and the best SPF animal laboratory in Shandong province. 

Three Stations: Academician Workstation, Postdoctoral Research Mobile Station, Postdoctoral Research Workstation. It has been playing a leading role in the training and introduction of high-level talents and the effect of "mentoring" and formed a good mechanism for cultivating high-level reserve talents.
